At, we're trying to make your experience easy and satisfying. All in stock orders received Monday through Friday will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt. 

Standard Shipping 

jamie sadock offers free standard shipping for orders shipped within United States.

  • Orders received Monday through Friday will ship within 48 hours of receipt, excluding holidays and weekends.
  • Most packages are delivered within 3-10 business days to all U.S. addresses. 
  • Hawaii we ship for a flat rate of $15.00
  • Canada we ship for a flat rate of $25.00

 International Delivery only ships within the U.S, Hawaii, and Canada at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

All returns should be placed through the Jamie web site. Please note that all merchandise without a R.M.A. number will not be accepted, which includes returns and/or claims. 

You may return or exchange any unworn, unwashed and unused merchandise that was purchased at within 30 days of the date of purchase. Merchandise must include all vendor tags and be in its original, saleable condition. 

You will be responsible for arranging return transportation fee for non-defective returns. The returned good must be in the original packaging material or something equivalent and RMA# must either be on the outside of the package or clearly on a slip inside the package. Jamie Sadock merchandise should be returned as prepaid freight through the appropriate carrier. We regret that we cannot accept COD packaging. 

To make an exchange or return, please make sure you are logged into the JAMIE site. All you purchases will show up. On the bottom right is the return button.


Merchandise returned in saleable condition within 30 days of purchase will be credited at the purchased price.  Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping charges.

Goods returned after 30 days or in unsaleable condition will be subject to being returned to customer.

Damaged/Defective Goods
